Rotisserie Chicken

Chicken, Potatoes, Salad

We invited Tom and Scott over for Rotisserie Chicken. It was a warm night and we started with drinks and my favorite Bacon and Cheese Bread from McCall’s Meat and Fish.


While I rotisserie the chicken we place Potatoes under the chicken to catch the drippings. The potatoes get nice and crisp and extra tasty with the drippings and smoky flavor. It was a very night evening.
