Lobster Fried Rice


Newport Seafood, we love you!



We love the Lobster at Newport Seafood. We usually order more than we can eat and bring home the remainder with all of its great sauce. After I shelled the lobster, Cathy maked Lobster Fried Rice using a recipe for Thai Crab Fried Rice that we love. It is from: Thai Street Food by David Thompson.
