Scott Conant's Spaghetti With Fresh Tomato and Basil Sauce is one of our all time favorite pasta recipes! Once the Tomato Sauce is made, the Pasta is cooked only half-way through, it is the immersed in the Tomato Sauce to finish cooking while it absorbs the sauce. It is amazing. My father however would never have approved, this recipe has no meatballs or other meat! It could make me a vegetarian!
