Started with a Margarita
We love Lobster Risotto. It is always a treat to make and eat. This version was enhanced because we had eaten at one of our favorite restaurants: Tsubaki. We had Clams in a rich broth. After we ate the Clams we brought the broth home and used it in making the Risotto. It added depth to the flavors. What a treat! You can get the recipe from our blog of: May 2, 2015.
