Salmon with Liquid Gold





We purchased Faroe Island Salmon from Black Hogg. It is the best Salmon! They provide is with Liquid Gold which is an incredible garlic, butter sauce. We roasted it in the oven on a sheet pan with Green Beans.   We started with a Fresh Tomato Salad with Burrata and Pesto. It was a delicious dinner!


Garlic Butter Oven-Roasted Salmon - Bakkafrost Faroe Island Salmon

Black Hogg

 

Preheat Oven: 425 (convection), 450 (standard)

 

1.  Place salmon, skin-side-down, on a foil-lined baking sheet (sprayed with oil).


2.  Roast in oven for 10-12 minutes (depending on thickness of piece).  Larger pieces may require a little longer cooking time.


3.  Make sure not to overcook, you want the center to be pink and on the rare side (125-130 degree internal temp).


4.  Portion desired amount of Garlic Butter (Liquid Gold) into a small saucepan and simmer it over the stove.


5.  Enjoy over rice with salad (we love it with caesar salad!).  Make sure to be generous with the Liquid Gold!  The sauce with the rice is amazing!
