I had grilled some corn on the cob, and we stripped the corn
to make a Roasted Corn Salad with Cherry Tomatoes. Two summer ingredients
playing well together.
We made one of our favorite pasta recipes: Italian Lentil
Pasta from a recipe from the Los Angeles restaurant: Locanda Veneta. We love
this recipe. We always use the recipe for Oven Candied Summer Tomatoes from: The Italian Country Table by Lynne Rossetto
Kasper, when making the delicious sauce. This pasta is vegetarian but it has the consistency and taste of a meat sauce. It is great!
