We still had some swordfish left, so I made a Seafood Salad for a
starter with avocado, hazelnuts and oil. The Swordfish was a gift that keeps on
giving.
We then made one of our favorite pastas: Lentil Pasta from
the restaurant Locanda Veneta in Los Angeles it is one of the best pasta dishes. It is
so rich, you would swear it was made with meat. You can get the recipe from our
