Black Cod





We decided to cook Black Cod with Miso Sauce again. We absolutely love this dish. Pat stayed for dinner, as the doors were nearing completion. This is one of the easiest, best possible ways to cook fish. The key is: Fresh Black Cod, White Miso Sauce. Both are available at McCall’s Meat and Fish. With the cod we served rice topped with Caviar, black garlic and Asian Micro-Greens we also served Seaweed Salad. The recipe for the Black Cod is on our blog of: May 12, 2012.
