Green Risotto with Fava Bean Puree, Peas, and Asparagus is beyond good. This is probably the ultimate Spring Recipe. I can't recommend it highly enough. We make it every year. It is a testament to the color green. Just go the your closest farmer's market or grocery store and but the best green vegetables and follow the recipe. You will love it, we sure do!
