We had dinner at one of our favorite restaurants: Majordomo. We took home extra Boiled Chicken, we couldn't eat it all. We decided to make Kung Pao Chicken using the recipe for Kung Pao Shrimp and simply replacing the Shrimp with the Chicken. It worked out great. We enjoyed our modified Chinese home made dinner!
