Herbed White Bean and Sausage Stew

 

Herbed White Bean and Sausage Stew is a great winter dish. Think of it as the worlds best Pork and Beans. It is delicious, hearty and reheats well. Highly recommend this great dish. We used Flannery's Sicilian Sausage that we ordered from San Francisco. It was fabulous.

We started with a simple Salad that we dressed up with Fish Roe, which made it not a simple Salad but a luxurious Salad. We got the inspiration for the Salad from the Salad they serve at Majordomo and also at Tsubaki. Quite a meal!
