Rotisserie Pork with Chasu Sauce




We love Pork in almost all of its many preparations. Grilling it on the rotisserie is a great way. As I have always stated the rotisserie is very forgiving. It is easy to use. For this recipe we used a Boneless Pork Shoulder. We inevitably use the recipe for Chasu Pork. The Chinese flavors are fantastic. You can get the recipe on our blog: April 2, 2020.
