Salmon Croquettes and Pasta





 

This was a delicious dinner made from leftovers. We use left over Smoked Salmon to make Salmon and Dill Fish Cakes. We don't usually make a lot of fried food, but this was excellent and we didn't get the stove to greasy! You can get the recipe for the Fish Cakes on our blog of June 4, 2012.
