Cheese Soufle and Gobi Manchurian

 






Cauliflower is one of my favorite vegetables. I especially like Roasted Manchurian Cauliflower. I first encountered it in India. India has many Chinese Restaurants, we have a favorite in Delhi: Veda. On every trip to Delhi, we always eat there. It has the BEST Gobi Manchurian anywhere. Now you know a Hindi word: Gobi = Cauliflower.
