2 out of 3 isn't bad. The Martini and The Hungry Cat Salad were great. We weren't thrilled with the Caramelized Shrimp Recipe, so I won't post the recipe. Even though Hungry Cat, the restaurant, has closed - we continue to make their Salad. I like the avocado, egg and lemon juice. It is a great salad.
