Lobster Fried Rice from Leftover Lobster

This is probably the best use of leftovers ever! We love the Lobster at Newport Seafood. It is wonderfully spiced with all kinds of peppers and seasonings. We bring home all of the leftover shells and the un-eaten Lobster. We use the shells to make a super flavorful lobster stock that we then freeze.
