It was a warm night and Tom and Scott joined us for leftovers on the deck overlooking Los Angeles. We started with a Smoked Trout appetizer served over the reheated Potatoes Nik. We then had the leftover Porchetta, served at room temperature. We garnished with Greens, Cherry Tomatoes and Japanese Sweet Potatoes, which we love, they are as sweet as sugar!
Tom and Scott brought a rich Strawberry filled Cake from Proof for dessert.
It was a great night with good food and conversation.
