Fava Bean Pasta


Spring means Fava Beans are in Season. We absolutely like this recipe for Fava Bean Pasta. We make it at least once every spring when the Favas are young. It takes a while to double peel them but it is worth the effort. This is a great recipe, especially because it uses a lot of my favorite flavoring: Bacon!
