Tomatoes are fabulous at this time of the year. We had
bought lots of them from the Farmer’s Market. I made a salad of mixed tomatoes,
Burrata Cheese, Almonds and a home made Basil Pesto. I simply blended lots of
basil leaves, some olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. It was great!
For the main course we made Lentil Pasta. This is a
favorite pasta. We make it all of the time. Even though it is vegetarian, it
has the consistency of a meat sauce. This is delicious pasta that you should
