We made Salmon and served it over Cauliflower Puree. The Cauliflower Puree is a nice switch from Mashed Potatoes and went well with the salmon. We had some leftover Hasselback Potatoes that we served on the side. It made for a very tasty and good dinner. Next time you have to make Mashed Potatoes think about Cauliflower Puree.
