Thai Pork Fried Rice


Thai Fried Rice can be made with many leftovers. We start with the recipe for Thai Crab Fried Rice that we like so much and substitute other ingredients for the crab. In this case we had amazingly good Barbecue Ribs at a local Silverlake Restaurant: Alimento. We didn't finish the ribs and brought them home. I had left over Suckling Pig from my birthday dinner at Barbrix. So we combined the two meats in this Thai Fried Rice. It was great as always.
