At the Hollywood Farmer’s Market they were selling beautiful
Porcini Mushrooms. We couldn’t resist! They are very rare (and expensive). It
is always a treat when we find them.
We started with a Salad with Prosciutto, Nectarines and Almonds
with a Saba dressing.
We then made one of our favorite pasta Tagliatelle with Fresh
Porcini Mushrooms from The Splendid Table by Lynnne Rossetto Kasper.
