Lobster Risotto
We love Lobster Risotto! It is rich and decadent. I am always tasked with getting the Lobster Tail out of the shell in one piece. The trick is to use a kitchen shears to cut the shell on the full length from on both the top and the bottom. You can then basically peal the the shell off.
