French Onion Soup
It was a rainy day and what is better than steaming hot French Onion Soup with lots of stringy Cheese? We love it. I had an absolutely inspired idea that worked out fantastically. Previously when we made the soup, we topped the soup with a single slice of Bread that covered the bowl. We then sprinkled Cheese on top prior to browning. When you then served the soup it was difficult to eat with a spoon because of the large Bread Slab. This time I thought to cut up the bread in to smaller pieces prior to covering the soup with it.
