Bacon-Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Caraway Cabbage and Apples is a perfect winter dish. Pork Loin, Bacon, Cabbage - what could be better on a cold winter evening? It transports me back to dinners we had in Berlin (at least in my imagination). The dish requires a lot of Toothpicks to attach the bacon to the loin, be sure to remove them all before serving.
