We had left over Cod Fish and decided to make Cod Cakes. We used a great recipe for Cod Cakes In Tomato Sauce. Cathy modified the recipe by adding Corn, the Horseradish Sauce from the previous night, Bread Crumbs and Flour. It was excellent, crispy and tasty!
