We might have overdone it on this 4 inch thick Porterhouse. Not that the steak was overdone, it was perfectly rare. It was the size of the damn steak. 4 inches thick is huge. Had leftovers for days. I loved it! The steak, of course, was from McCall's Meat and Fish. There is no need to grill a steak outdoors if you use this recipe from February 17, 2018. Click the date to get the recipe.
