Everyone likes Chinese Style Ribs. When Cathy and I were children and our parents took us out for Chinese Food, we always had Barbecue Ribs as an appetizer. I don't actually see them on the menu of the Chinese Restaurants we go to now. this is an excellent rendition of them. Who knew you could make them at home?
