With the soup we made a Cheese
Soufflé using our favorite Julia Child recipe. You can get the recipe from our

better because we used Parmesan Cheese that our friend Guillermo had brought us
from Italy. It made a difference. I know we always buy Parmesan Cheese that is
imported, but where ever Guillermo is getting his, is better than what we can buy in Los Angeles. Glad we have him a supplier!
