Salmon and Potatoes



We still had more Smoked Salmon. Another great use of it is to serve it with crispy potatoes. We made Wolfgang Puck's Lyonnaise Potatoes. These potatoes are very crispy and are layered with sautéed onions. With a Salad it was a perfect use of the salmon. You can get the recipe for the Lyonnaise Potatoes on our blog of: June 23, 2012.
