Scott and Tom were leaving on combined business / pleasure trip.
We decided to have them over for one last dinner. We also invited Tim over. One
of our favorite local restaurants is Barbrix. They served a pasta with a sunny
side up egg on top that became converted the pasta into a Carbonara. We decided
to try it.
We started with Pea Puree on Toast Points.
We made our regular Asparagus Pasta and placed an egg on
each serving. It worked out and we will do this again!
