Soft Shell Crab and Steak




We had some left over Steak. We were at McCall's Meat and Fish and I saw that they had Soft Shell Crabs. I couldn't resist. I made them, but unfortunately they just didn't turn out as crispy as they can do a restaurant. Frying at home can be difficult! The Steak and Salad were perfect on a warm summer night.
