Califlower and Ham Pasta




We were shopping at McCall's Meat and Fish and they were selling delicious looking hams. We decided to buy one to make a wonderful dish.  Rigatoni Modo Mio (Pasta with Cauliflower and Ham) from Craig Claiborne’s The New York Times Cookbook. If you have never thought of a pasta made with cauliflower and ham this is the one for you! It is extremely satisfying. Summer like weather allowed us to eat outside on the back deck overlooking LA.
