Fruit Salad and Tomato Pasta




Oh my, but this is a good pasta. Only in summer can we have this dinner. A Nectarine Salad with Hazelnuts, Burrata Cheese and Saba. The Penne with Tomato and Balsamic Vinegar from: Rogers and Gray: Italian Country Cookbook is a miracle. You would swear there was meat in this thick tomato sauce.
