Pappa al Pomodoro






Pappa al Pomodoro Soup is a favorite of ours. This is a super thick Italian Tomato Soup we love to make in the summer when tomatoes are at their best. It can also be made from canned Tomatoes when fresh Tomatoes are out of season. We use the recipe from the Italian Country Cookbook by Rogers and Gray.
