We love Pork, and Fennel Rubbed Pork Chops is a great recipe. Not only is the Pork rubbed with Fennel but Fennel is cooked as an accompaniment. When we removed the Fennel from the pan, which is then deglazed with Sambuca, an anise tasting liquor. It made for a fabulous sauce. I made Focaccia to go with the dinner.
