We decided to make Steak with Smash Roasted Potatoes and Whole Roasted Cauliflower. This makes for a great dinner with lots of leftovers. It is sort of a perfect retro dinner. She loved Cauliflower, but in all of her many years I am sure she only boiled it and never baked it. She missed a good preparation.
