Polenta with Sausages






Many times we have made the recipe Polenta con Salsicce(Polenta with Sausages) from The Fine Art of Italian Cooking by Giuliano Bugialli. This recipe is an absolute winner! It actually has the consistancy of Peanut Butter, you don't need that much and you can keep the leftover in the Frig. This is a product that is incredibly intense. You should definitely get it!
