Rigatoni Modo Mio (Pasta with Cauliflower and Ham)





We had a serious amount of leftover Ham. Cathy found this recipe for Penne or Rigatoni Modo Mio (Pasta with Cauliflower and Ham) in Craig Claiborne’s The New York Times Cookbook. It was perfect!
