Chicken and Figs






The melons are exceptional this year. Maybe it has something to do with the drought, who knows? Melons with a squeeze of Fresh Limes and then topped with Prosciutto, makes for a perfect starter on a warm summer night. There are two season’s for figs in the market, and this is one of them.
