Butter Chicken








Our friend Kashmera made Butter Chicken for us. It was fantastic! Unbelievably rich, creamy and tasty. I loved it (and the leftovers). We decided to make it ourselves from a recipe in The New York Times. Suffice to say, if you want delicious Butter Chicken ask Kashmera to make it for you. Don't bother with the New York Times recipe.
