Chicken Braised with Figs, Honey & Vinegar




When figs are at their prime we ALWAYS make Chicken Braised with Figs, Honey & Vinegar. This is a great recipe it has it all: Crisp Chicken Skin, a wonderful sauce and sweet figs. It is great.
