Spaghetti with Fresh Tomato and Basil


This version of spaghetti is fabulous in its simplicity! It is called: Scarpetta's Spaghetti With Tomato and BasilWe make it several times per year. It is best when there are really tasty tomatoes in season. The secret is the pasta is only half cooked in the water.
