Oh, how many times we have made this Lobster Fried Rice. God do I love it! First you need to go Newport Seafood (our favorite Chinese Restaurant in the world!) and order the Special Lobster. Then bring home the left over Lobster Shells and Meat. Make a Stock from the shells and freeze to you need it. Remove any lobster meat and use to make the Fried Rice.
