Cheese Soufle Garlic soup

With the soup we made a Cheese Soufflé using our favorite Julia Child recipe. You can get the recipe from our blog of: February 15, 2013. Click the date to get the recipe. The soufflé was made all the better because we used Parmesan Cheese that our friend Guillermo had brought us from Italy. It made a difference. I know we always buy Parmesan Cheese that is imported, but where ever Guillermo is getting his, is better than what we can buy in Los Angeles. Glad we have him a supplier!
