Mushroom and Sausage Risotto



One of our favorite winter dishes is Sausage Risotto. We always make this recipe Risotto con Luganegh Risotto with pork sausage from The Cuisine of Venice & Surrounding Northern Regions by Guisti-Lanham Dodi.
