Every now and then a dish surprises you—in the best possible way. Green Curry Coconut Cod did exactly that. From the first bite, we knew this one was special. The Sauce is lush and aromatic, full of that classic Green Curry depth, yet surprisingly gentle on the Cod. You’d expect a curry this flavorful to overpower the fish, but it doesn’t. Instead, it complements it beautifully.
One thing we loved: there’s no need to skin the fish. The cod stays tender, silky, and perfectly cooked right in the sauce. Paired with a bowl of rice, it becomes the kind of comforting, cozy meal you immediately add to your “make again” list.
