Cheese Soufflé



We had Guillermo's Parmesan Cheese that he brought from Italy for us. What better winter dish then to make a fluffy Cheese Soufflé?  It looks impressive, and once you get the hang of it, Soufflés are easy to make (especially if you have a good mixer).
