Tandoori Lamb Chops are among my favorite grilled dishes. They really pickup the taste of the grill. We use the recipe for Gael's Tandoori Lamb Chops from Indian Home Cooking by Suvir Saran. It is a great recipe. If you have leftover lamb chops they make for a great salad when served at room temperature. Of course we got the lamb chops at McCall's Meat and Fish. We served the chops with Cumin Rice.
