In India I often get Poha for breakfast. It is an Indian comfort food. It can be spicy. The main ingredient is sliced rice. The chef then adds spices to create his unique version. I didn't realize that it could also be a dinner entree. Our friend Shumon made Shrimp Poha. It was delicious. No recipe it is what is in his head.
